Kareena Kapoor to embrace motherhood soon?

Mumbai: Kareena Kapoor, who is all set to tie the knot with beau Saif Ali Khan next month, has actively been on the radar of rumours for a long time now. After putting to rest the speculations regarding her marriage, the Kapoor girl has now given rise to some fresh buzz – and this time, it is regarding her pregnancy. Kareena Kapoor’s refusal to sign on the ‘no pregnancy’ clause on the papers of ‘Ram Leela’ has made many minds work out the purpose behind it. And according to the grapevine, the most ‘logical’ conclusion seems to have been settled upon. The latter is that perhaps Kareena is planning pregnancy soon after her wedding with Saif. This is the second time Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Kareena have been at loggerheads with each other over ‘Ram Leela’. The earlier issue was that of Kareena’s marital status – Bhansali did not want to cast a married actress in his film. And now, the ‘no pregnancy’ clause is the bone of contention between the actress and the filmmaker. “The latest clause in the contracts of leading ladies (married, engaged or those in live-in relationships) specifies that the actress agree to not get pregnant during the time of the principal photography because filmmakers do not wish to sit on the set, minding the baby (pun intended) while their shooting is in progress. A reliable source tells us that Sanjay Leela Bhansali, like all practical filmmakers, reportedly wanted Kareena Kapoor to sign a contract with a clause that said she will not get pregnant during the making of Ram Leela,” revealed a source to a website. Seems like whether or not Kareena is keen on an early pregnancy will be known only when she’s married!
