Kim Kardashian donates wedding cash to charity

Washington: Kim Kardashian has donated twice the amount of money she received in wedding gifts to a charitable organisation.

Kardashian estimates the total cash value of the all the gifts to be around 100,000 dollars and she’s cut a check for twice that amount to the Dream Foundation. The reality TV star married basketball player Kris Humphries in a widely publicized ceremony on August 2011. She filed for divorce 72 days after the wedding. According to Tmz.com, she has sent a letter to every guest at the Kardashian-Humphries wedding, informing them of her decision. “I would like to thank you for your generous and thoughtful wedding gift. It has taken me some time to pull everything together but I wanted to let you know that the money for every gift received by me at my wedding has been donated to the Dream Foundation” the letter said.
