Saif Ali Khan opens up about Kareena Kapoor’s career post wedding

New Delhi: From what we have heard of late, it seems that Saif Ali Khan is not just a perfect marriage material but also a supportive would-be hubby who believes in equality between a man and his wife! So when a national daily nailed him down for a chat, he gave out some very interesting answers on his impending wedding with fiancée Kareena Kapoor. On being asked, how he and Bebo are dealing with the issue of married actresses being less favoured in B-World in comparison to their male counterparts, Saif replied that both of them have talked about it a couple of times. He also said, “Kareena just expresses that she’s conscious about this being a reality. And I try and assure her that it won’t impact her career. But she’s fairly realistic that in some ways it might and it will.” Well we do wish that Kareena’s acting merit over shines all the myths and prevalent practices in filmdom but all this gives us a clear hint that the royal marriage is very much due in October this year and for that matter renovations at Saif’s ancestral home, Pataudi Palace are already on!
