New Delhi: Ranbir Kapoor has reportedly undergone a minor surgery recently. No, it was not a cosmetic surgery, which most celebs are speculated to go through, but a quick session to remove a cyst from his chest. The 30-year-old actor, who is leaving no stone unturned to promote his upcoming film ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’ opposite ex-girlfriend Deepika Padukone, took some time out from his busy schedule and went under the knife on May 12, and was seen sporting a bandage around his chest, a tabloid reported. According to a source, the surgery went for a few hours in the hospital, and the young Kapoor didn’t take time to recuperate, as he was back to work the very next day. “Ranbir is also nursing a back injury these days. Ranbir was working till late evening on the previous day and was on leave only for a day. Post the surgery, he has also been doing city tours and visiting show sets to promote his film. It was a minor operation and the actor is now fit and fine to resume his work,” a source said. Well, Ranbir, that’s what we call professionalism!
