Whitney Houston went swimming two days before death

New York: Less than two days before her death, Whitney Houston revealed that she had been swimming everyday for up to two hours. Whitney Houston had said this when she jumped in on an interview to a website with singers Brandy, Monica and Clive Davis, her music industry mentor.

She exchanged kisses and hugs with Davis and Brandy and Monica, who looked delighted to see Houston, 48, on-set. She called daughter Bobbi Kristina over to say ‘hi’ to her godfather Davis. Houston was found dead in the bathtub of her hotel room at Beverly Hilton on Saturday. In the video clip, Monica jokingly asks Houston of her sopping wet hair, “Why are you wet again?” “I went swimming, I do two hours a day… Two hours a day, I have to,” Houston says. The ‘I Will Always Love You’ songstress also slipped Brandy a folded note as she exchanged another round of hugs with the threesome, a leading daily has reported. She was spotted leaving a West Hollywood restaurant with Brandy’s younger brother Ray J earlier this month, sparking speculation that the celebrity odd couple had gotten back together again. The on-again-off-again couple were last rumoured to be dating in 2010. Two days after that interview, Houston was found in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton hotel on the eve of this year’s Grammy Awards. In her last sit-down interview with ‘Extra’ host AJ Calloway, which took place in November, Houston had opened up about her return to the public spotlight in the form of upcoming film ‘Sparkle’. “I’m more comfortable with it now… I think over the years, being a mother, I’ve matured in so many ways. My daughter is my greatest inspiration,” she had said. “I’m good where I am at this moment,” she added. ANI
