Chandni Chowk is one of Delhi's 70 assembly constituencies and forms part of the Chandni Chowk Lok Sabha constituency. Renowned as one of the oldest and busiest markets in Old Delhi, it is situated near the Old Delhi Railway Station. The iconic Red Fort stands at its eastern end. Historically significant, the market is believed to have been established in 1650 by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, with its design attributed to his daughter, Jahanara.
