Cricket All Stars 2017: No Sachin Tendulkar in Shane Warne's new list of retired cricketers?

New Delhi: Australian legend Shane Warne on Friday announced the new schedule of the next edition of Cricket All Stars series to be played in 2017.

Warne wrote on his Facebook page today, "Great news for cricket lovers around the world who have never seen their heroes play live or only saw them for the first time play last year in the USA. The Cricket Superstars is excited to announce that it's back again in 2017 & it's a huge pleasure to announce these players who have signed up to play with more legends to announce soon."

While most of the names were from previous season, Kevin Pietersen and Brendon McCullum were two new cricketers who had signed up for the tournament.

Surprisingly, there was no name of Indian batting legend Sachin Tendulkar, who led Sachin’s Blasters against Warne’s Warriors last year. Warne-led team defeated Tendulkar and his men 3-0 in a tournament that lasted over 10 days in America.

It remains to be seen whether Tendulkar's name will be mentioned in the days to come.
