WINDIES INNINGS

Over 50 | Score 205/9 | Alzarri Joseph 3(5); Kesrick Williams 0(2)

Indian bowlers did well to restrict the Windies to 205. Jason Holder 36 (34) Rovman Powell 31 (32) provided a late charge, but it was not enough as India's new ball bowlers tormented the Windies top-order. Shai Hope top scored with 51 off 98 balls.

For India, Mohammed Shami took four wickets, while  Umesh Yadav  got three. Spinners also did well.

Over 45 | Score  175/7 | Rovman Powell 10 (19); Devendra Bishoo 1 (5)

Another good period of India. In the last five overs, India have taken two wickets conceding 11 runs.

Mohammed Shami got rid of Shai Hope, thanks to a brilliant outfield catch by Ajinkya Rahane.

It's a rot for the hosts. Windies have added another 19 runs in the last five overs as Indian bowlers took complete control of the proceedings.

Over 31 | Score 116/4 | Shai Hope 39 (75); Jason Holder 1 (1)

Umesh Yadav, who was struggling with his line and length, got two wickets of successive deliveries to help India take control.

Meanwhile, Virat Kohli has introduced Ravindra Jadeja into the attack in the fifth over. And the Indian spinner has given six runs in first over, which included a four.

Over 10 | Score 49/1 | Kyle Hope 36 (33); Shai Hope 2 (7)

Hardik Pandya makes things happen. And he has done it once again. Removed an extra cautious Evin Lewis, caught at mid-off by skipper Virat Kohli. That happened off the second ball of the ninth over.

And giving a good start the Windies innings in Kyle Hope. He has hit three fours so far, including two in the fourth over bowled by Yadav. His opening partner Evin Lewis is happy to play the second fiddle, hanging around.

Over 1 | Score 3/0 | Evin Lewis 1 (4); Kyle Hope 1 (2)

Quiet start to the innings as Mohammed Shami managed managed to test the Windies openers Evin Lewis and Kyle Hope.

Here are the XIs:

India: Ajinkya Rahane, Shikhar Dhawan, Virat Kohli (c), Dinesh Karthik, MS Dhoni (wk), Kedar Jadhav, Hardik Pandya, Ravindra Jadeja, Kuldeep Yadav, Umesh Yadav, Mohammed Shami

Windies: Evin Lewis, Kyle Hope, Shai Hope (wk), Roston Chase, Jason Mohammed, Jason Holder (c), Rovman Powell, Ashley Nurse, Devendra Bishoo, Alzarri Joseph, Kesrick Williams

TOSS: West Indies captain Jason Holder won the toss, and he opted to bat first. Both sides are unchanged, which means, there is no Yuvraj Singh. MS Dhoni plays. No place of Rishabh Pant. For West Indies, it's understandable because they won the last man. But for India, many questions would be asked.

New Delhi: Virat Kohli and his men will take on West Indies in the fifth and the final one-day international today. While Men in Blue will clinch the series 3-1 if they win today's match, the hosts will have to fight really hard to level the series.

Jason Holder's men can take confidence from the fact that they dismantled the Indian batting order to register their first win of the series in 4th ODI. While Indian bowlers restricted Windies to a paltry total of 189 runs, the bowlers really fought back hard as the visitors fell short by 11 runs.

It remains to be seen whether Kohli will give a chance to rising Indian star Rishab Pant in place of Kedar Jadhav or Yuvraj Singh. Despite being a batting powerhouse, India have not had the kind of dominance they were expected to.

Kedar Jadhav has got a number of chances to prove his utility in the side but lacks consistency. It will be interesting to see if he keeps his place in the side since he is struggling for runs of late.

The surprise win would have certainly boosted the confidence of the West Indies and they will strive even harder for a series-levelling win.

However, it will be easier said than done since Indian players would be like wounded tigers after enduring an embarrassing defeat against a second string side and are expected to come hard at the hosts.

The home openers -- Evin Lewis and Kyle Hopes -- had got starts in the previous match as they succeeded to keep the Indian bowlers at bay for close to 20 overs in a decent beginning.

In fact, the following batsmen too managed double digit scores which would give them the belief that they can handle this Indian attack better.

The bowling attack of home team, led by captain Jason Holder, is not something which can intimidate the Indian batsmen but they will take heart from their performance in the last match and strive for another magic win.

Here is all you need to know about today's match:
