BJP unveils the truth behind Manoj Tiwari-Kapil Mishra's viral picture

Kapil Mishra was first removed as a Delhi minister and later suspended from the AAP after he levelled corruption allegations against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.

New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party spokesman Tajinder Pal S Bagga on Thursday night countered social activist Anjali Damania's tweet in which she posted sacked Aam Aadmi Party minister Kapil Mishra dining with BJP Delhi chief Manoj Tiwari.

The former AAP leader tweeted the picture and wrote: “Was this the BJP's mega plan to bring down AAP? Is this how Manoj Tiwari, Viplava Awasthi, Kapil Mishra hatched a plan to bring down AAP”.

Responding to this, Bagga wrote that how “shamelessly” Anjali Damania is trying to save Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal from bribery charges by tweeting a two-year-old picture.

Bagga also tweeted the same picture which showed that it was originally posted by Awasthi, a journalist, on September 21, 2015.
