Mumbai: Don't burst firecrackers and go for an eco-friendly Diwali instead, popular television celebrities like Jennifer Winget, Supriya Pilgaonkar, Ritwik Dhanjani and Devoleena Bhattacharjee have urged fans while wishing them a happy festive season.
Jennifer Winget: I would like to wish all my fans a very Happy Diwali from the entire team of ‘Beyhadh'. This Diwali, I urge everyone to spend time with their loved ones and also abstain from bursting crackers. Animals are extremely scared of crackers and it also adds to a lot of pollution so please have a safe Diwali.
Ritwik Dhanjani: This festival of lights always brings out the festive side in me. Decorating my home by lighting diyas and lights is a lot of fun. Wishing everyone to stay safe and enjoy this festival to the fullest and request everybody to not burst crackers this Diwali.
Supriya Pilgaonkar: Everything about Diwali is special for me, be it the fire crackers, the sweets or the entire family getting together to pray for peace and prosperity. I love it all and look forward to this wonderful festival.
