Deepika Padukone’s confession about her relationship with Ranveer Singh!

Deepika Padukone loves and respect Ranveer Singh because she knows he will never take her for granted.

Mumbai: They played the Indian version of Romeo and Juliet in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Goliyon Ki Rasleela- Ram Leela’ a couple of years back and have since then been believed to be a couple in real life.

Though the two have publicly expressed admiration for one another, they are yet to reveal their relationship status.

The dimpled hottie and the super energetic guy will soon make a splash on the silverscreen in a period romantic saga – ‘Bajirao Mastani’ – where the man plays Maratha Peshwa and the lady, Mastani.

Their off screen equation certainly has a vital to play in displaying their onscreen chemistry.

And Deepika, in an interview with the Times Of India, proved just that.

Talking to TOI, Deepika said, “He is my best friend (and this is not to be taken lightly). I am emotional, sensitive and vulnerable and I hurt easily. I can be so naked in front of Ranveer... and I know he will never hurt me or take me for granted. That is the kind of trust and understanding we have. The reason I love and respect him is that I can bare my soul and still feel comfortable. If this is divine connection - this is what it is!”
