Ranbir Kapoor to shift to new pad but no housewarming party – Here’s why

Buzz has it that Ranbir Kapoor’s parents too may join him in his new pad as their ancestral home Krishna Raj will be going for development.

Mumbai: In the recent past, Ranbir Kapoor has reportedly shifted so many times, that moving to his new pad wouldn’t give him a strong reason to throw a housewarming bash.

According to a report in Bollywoodlife.com originally attributed to DNA, on being asked if he would host a bash after moving to his new home, RK said, “I have had so many houses in the past year, that housewarming ki naubat hi nahi aayi.”

Reports suggest that the ‘Barfi!’ actor has invested about Rs 35 crore in his new apartment and Gauri Khan (wife of Shah Rukh Khan) is doing the interiors. The property is spread over 2,460 sq.ft and is in the Pali Hill locality in Mumbai.
