Shahid Kapoor is Indian Jim Morrison – A blogger’s verdict after watching ‘Haider’ trailer

Mumbai: Like music, cinema knows no barriers of language. Shahid Kapoor’s ‘Haider’ act has impressed an American blogger named Jaby Koay who has compared the Bollywood star with Jim Morrison.

After watching the trailer of the critically acclaimed film for the first time, Koay, who doesn’t understand Hindi, was mighty impressed by Shahid’s performance just by observing his expressions.

The film directed by Vishal Bharadwaj was an adaptation of William Shakespeare’s ‘Hamlet’. Set in the backdrop of Kashmir, the film revolved around the lives of Haider, his mother and uncle. The film dealt with Haider’s troubled relationship with his mother after she marries her late husband’s younger brother. Haider is all about a son’s mission to take revenge on his father’s killers.

Such an intense film is bound to make anyone (from anywhere in the world) glued to their seats. And Koay is one such fan. His reaction after watching the trailer of Haider is amazing.
