The film fraternity has come out in support of the makers of 'Udta Punjab'. The producers of the film are at loggerheads with the Censor Board chief Pahlaj Nihalani, who has got off on the wrong foot.

Mumbai: Abhishek Chaubey’s directorial – Udta Punjab – a film which is on drug menace has run into trouble. Starring Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in pivotal roles, the film has been facing a tough time at the Censor Board.

Just a week ahead of its release, the film which also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Diljit Dishanjh has garnered much support and publicity.
