New Delhi: We all are aware of the love-hate relationship between Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and filmmaker Karan Johar. Sometimes, they act as best buddies and a few times they prefer to keep mum on each other. But, this hour, the 43-year-old director is heaping praises all over the internet after watching 'Fan'.

"Adrenalin pumping....cinematically brilliant and a huge achievement....@iamsrk is absolutely genius and beyond!!! Salute and applaud #FAN," he tweeted.

He further added, “@iamsrk creates a character that will be remembered for years ahead....Gaurav in #FAN is a result of the performance extraordinaire of SRK!”

Karan and SRK last worked together in 2010 release 'My Name Is Khan'.

The Maneesh Sharma directorial that released today is being lauded by people from all walks of life. Now, it will be really interesting to see whether or not this appreciation converts into Box Office collections.
