Sara Ali Khan in Zoya Akhtar film? Just not true, says mommy Amrita

New Delhi: A few days back, tinseltown was abuzz with the hot rumour that Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh's daughter Sara is set to make her big screen debut in Zoya Akhtar's 'Gully Boys' starring Ranveer Singh. But it has now come to light that this was just a rumour and nothing else.

Yes! Well, according to DNA.com, mommy Amrita has said that this not true and Sara is not making her debut in Zoya's film. The report quotes Amrita as saying, “This is just not true.”

DNA.com quotes a source close to the Zoya's venture as saying, “There is nothing final about Zoya’s next. To speculate that Sara is a part of the film is very mischievous at this juncture. Sara’s dad Saif is very close to Zoya’s brother Farhan. If Sara wants to be in a film produced by Excel Entertainment (Farhan’s company) all Saif or Amrita have to do is ask.”

Hmm...seems there's still time for us to see Sara on the big screens!
