NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced the CBSE 12 Result 2019 on Thursday, May 2, 2019. The results were announced on the board's official website - cbseresults.nic.in and cbse.nic.in.
Hansika Shukla and Karishma Arora have emerged as joint toppers of Class 12 board exam. Both Hansika Shukla and Karishma Arora secured 499 out of 500 marks in the exams. While Hansika Shukla is from DPS Meerut road in Ghaziabad, Karishma Arora is from SD public school in Muzaffarnagar.
There are three students who bagged the second spot. The second position holders are Gaurangi Chawla from Nirmal Ashram Deepmala public school in Rishikesh, Aishwarya of Kendriya Vidyalaya Raebareli and Bhavya from Jind in Haryana.
Neeraj Jindal and Mehak Talwar from Delhi are among 18 students to rank third in the exams.

The CBSE Class 12th 2019 results were released around 12:15 PM.
The students who wrote their class 12 board exam this year can also check their results on these websites: cbse.nic.in, cbse.examresults.net, cbseresults.nic.in and results.gov.in.
CBSE Class 12 results 2019 declared; Trivendram region tops, Chennai second and Delhi third
The three regions which stood at the top in the result tally are Trivandrum (Kerala) with 98.2 per cent pass, Chennai with 92.93 per cent and Delhi with 91.87 per cent. The Chennai region includes Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh and Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Foreign schools have secured a pass percentage of 95.43%.

-Click on the result link on the homepage
-Enter details like your roll number, school number, centre number and admit card ID and click enter.
-Your result will be displayed on the screen.
-Download the result and take a print out.
CBSE Class 12th board exams began on February 15 and concluded on April 4 while Class 10 exams began on February 21 and concluded on March 29.
More than 31 lakhs students had appeared for the CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 Board exams in 2019 that were held at 4,974 centres across India and 78 centres abroad.
