As per sources, Congress president Sonia Gandhi along with the top party brass, Congress Working Committee members and state party chiefs will be present during the rally.
In the rally, Rahul Gandhi will be greeting farmers and party workers after his party "forced the government" to not go for a renewal of the "draconian" land ordinance.
To make the rally successful, Congress is leaving no stone unturned and has asked its state chiefs to mobilise a huge crowd.
Unlike April 19 rally, the party is trying to avoid any factional fight.
Earlier, several supporters of former Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda had hooted when Congress state chief spoke on the podium. They also wore pink turbans.
