Islamabad: A day after a video exposing Pakistan government's brutality in the Pakistan Occupied Kashmir came to fore, Islamabad on Wednesday blamed India for disturbances in he region and said the visuals were doctored and called it a propaganda of the Indian media.
Pakistan's National Security Advisor Sartaj Aziz said, "Pakistan remains committed to finding a just and peaceful resolution to the Jammu and Kashmir dispute. Pakistan’s principled position on the Kashmir dispute is based on the UN Security Council Resolutions, which remain unimplemented to this day.”
The Pakistan NSA further said, “India decided to try to quell the Kashmiri struggle by use of brute force. As a result, more than 90,000 Kashmiris have been killed by Indian security forces over the last two decades in Indian Occupied Kashmir."
Radio Pakistan quoted Aziz as saying in a meeting on Kashmir issue on Tuesday, just ahead of Nawaz Sharif's UN address.
Pakistan is steadfast in extending political, moral and diplomatic support to the people of Kashmir in their just struggle for their inalienable right to self-determination, Aziz said.
Pakistan is ready to hold talks with India at any level without any preconditions, he added.

The Contact Group of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation on Jammu and Kashmir has expressed solidarity with Kashmir and extended full support to their cause.
The meeting attended by the OIC's foreign ministers was held in New York on the fringes of the UN General Assembly.
Commenting on the video, Pakistan Foreign Secretary Aizaz Chaudhry also said, "It's a propaganda. Pakistan has always raised the voice for the Kashmiris. Whole world is watching how Pakistani flags are being raised in Kashmir (Indian Side). From our side it will only be political, moral and diplomatic support for them and that we will continue to extend but there is no answer for the propaganda."
Aziz's statement came hours after a video exposed Islamabad's double speak and hypocrisy and showed people in large numbers in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) protesting against the Pakistani establishment and demanding freedom.
