The alleged mastermind - Vijay Kumar - told police that he was offered Rs 1 crore by Naresh Yadav.

AAP MLA Naresh Yadav has been booked for trying to incite riots in Punjab.

Naresh Yadav is an AAP MLA from Delhi's Mehrauli (South) constituency.

Arson was reported in Punjab's Malerkotla on the night of June 24 after pages of the Quran were found dumped near a drain on Khanna road.
