New Delhi: Twitterati was taken by a surprise after Congress declared former Delhi CM Sheila Dikshit as its Uttar Pradesh CM candidate for the upcoming state assembly elections.

Reportedly, Sheila Dikshit was announced Congress party's UP CM candidate on the basis of advice given by poll strategist Prashant Kishor.

In the past, Prashant Kishor had made poll strategies for Nitish Kumar and Narendra Modi.
