Thiruvananthapuram: A low-intensity blast at Kollam collectorate left one person injured on Wednesday afternoon.
The explosives were kept inside an old jeep parked at the electorate. The jeep (KL - 1 G 603) was later found to be registered in the name of the labour commissioner.
The police have suggested that the explosion was well planned. The forensics team later found it was a pipe bomb explosion.
