New Delhi: Snapchat has updated its zoom feature, offering a handy new ability to the popular social app.

The latest update allows users to zoom in via camera with just one hand instead of having to use two hands.

Earlier, users had to use two hands to use the zoom feature - one hand on the capture button and the other (with a pinch gesture) to zoom in.

With one-handed zoom feature, snapchatters can now just drag up from the capture button with the same finger to capture a video. So, just drag your finger up and away from the capture button while recording!

Users can also use the same finger and drag in the opposite direction to zoom back out of the field of view, says a report from 9to5mac.com.

Snapchat 9.30.0.0 is available now on the App Store.
