UP: Two shot at for fetching water from govt tubewell to irrigate fields

Muzaffarnagar: Two persons sustained bullet injuries during a clash between two groups over irrigating their fields from a government tubewell at Bhawada village here, police said.

Nusralt Ahmad and Khalid were fighting yesterday over using government tubewell to irrigate their fields which later turned into a violent clash in which fire arms were used.

The two injured were identified as Lukman and Jalil. 

A case has been registered against four persons in this connection, police said
