Anupam Kher urges youth to talk about depression, offers heartfelt advice
Taking a cue to from the recent Arjun Bhardwaj suicide case, he said that the new generation needs to be listened to. Anupam further stated that the problem of depression has become common among the young people.

New Delhi: Bollywood veteran Anupam Kher on Wednesday took to Twitter to share with his fans some meaningful thoughts about the lesser-talked-about illness - depression. The 62-year-old star also gave his personal email ID to talk to people who are 'lonely and low'.
"Most of the time 'Depression' is silent, invisible & camouflaged by a smile. Please be patient & gentle generally. It may help. Do read," he posted on the social media along with some other text in the form of a screenshot.

Arjun, a 20-year-old student from Bengaluru, committed suicide by jumping from the 19th floor of a hotel in Mumbai after posting a video on Facebook.
