Alia Bhatt didn't flout COVID protocols when she travelled to Delhi with Ranbir Kapoor for 'Brahmastra'
The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) said Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt did not violate any COVID-19 quarantine rule while travelling to Delhi. The actress came under scrutiny after she flew down to Delhi for 'Brahmastra' motion poster launch, days after she attended an intimate gathering at filmmaker Karan Johar’s house, following which several people tested positive for the novel virus.

Alia visited Delhi along with her boyfriend and co-star Ranbir Kapoor and 'Brahmastra' filmmaker Ayan Mukerji.

However, as a precautionary measure, BMC staff reached Alia’s residential building for sanitisation on Friday morning.
Kareena and others test COVID positive
Last week, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Amrita Arora, Sanjay Kapoor's wife Maheep Kapoor and Sohail Khan's wife Seema Khan tested COVID positive. Several of their contacts, including Kareena Kapoor’s house help, Seema Khan's son Yohan Khan, and Maheep Kapoor’s daughter Shanaya Kapoor also tested positive the coronavirus.
Guest at KJo's dinner was coughing?
Kareena's team released an official statement and said that while the actress maintained all COVID protocols, the virus was passed by a guest who was constantly coughing at Karan Johar's dinner party, hosted on December 8.

On the other hand, Karan Johar, his family members and staff tested negative for Covid-19, the filmmaker announced in a statement on Wednesday morning.
