The actress owns a beauty parlour in Kochi, Kerala. Last year, it was raided by the Central Bureau of Investigation after the  Anti-Corruption Bureau, Hyderabad directed the agency to do so. Earlier, in 2018, two masked men had attempted to shoot Leena at her beauty parlour, however, there were no casualties in the shootout.
