7 Fruits to Not Consume on an Empty Stomach
Fruits are very healthy for the human body and they contain many Vitamins, Minerals, Nutrients etc. which helps us grow and become strong. Though Fruits are good for us, some of them should not be consumed on an empty stomach as they can cause problems for us. Some of the fruits that should not be consumed on an empty stomach are:
Unripe Mangoes
Unripe Mangoes are high in acids and fibres. This fruit is not sweet and is mostly sour, thus high in acid. The consumption of this fruit on an empty stomach can cause bloating, gas and indigestion. It can also irritate the stomach and intestines.
