Indian pace spearhead Jasprit Bumrah has been named as the ICC Men’s Test Cricketer of the Year for 2024. Bumrah was the standout bowler in the world in 2024 as he excelled in both home and away conditions and kept India in contention in the ICC World Test Championship standings.

The 31-year-old Bumrah was far and away the leading wicket-taker in Test cricket in 2024, topping the charts with 71, well clear of second-placed Gus Atkinson of England (52 in 11).

Charismatic India opener Smriti Mandhana has been named as ICC Women's ODI Cricketer of the Year for her phenomenal performance that saw the left-hander score tons of runs in 2024. The India vice-captain racked up 747 runs in 13 innings to set new career standards in ODIs.

Smriti's tally was the highest among the leading run-getters in Women's ODIs last year, way ahead of Laura Wolvaardt (697), Tammy Beaumont (554) and Hayley Matthews (469). 

Afghanistan all-rounder Azmatullah Omarzai has been named as the ICC Men’s ODI Cricketer of the Year for 2024.

Omarzai built on an impressive 2023 to become one of the world’s leading One Day International performers in 2024 with his multifaceted game. He scored 417 runs and 17 wickets in 14 ODIs in 2024.

Arshdeep Singh has been named the ICC Men’s T20I Cricketer of the Year at the ICC Awards.

Arshdeep was the leading Indian wicket-taker in T20 Internationals in the year, bagging 36 wickets in just 18 games. He played a huge part in steering India to the title at the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in the Caribbean last year.

New Zealand all-rounder Melie Kerr has been named the ICC Women’s T20I Cricketer of the Year for 2024. Kerr was the Player of the Tournament at the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup, where she inspired New Zealand to their first T20 World Cup title.

The star all-rounder scored 387 runs and picked 29 wickets in 18 T20Is in 2024. 

Promising South Africa star Annerie Dercksen has been named as the ICC Emerging Women’s Cricketer of the Year for 2024, beating a tough field to win the prestigious honour.

The 23-year-old established herself in international cricket in 2024 with match-winning performances. Dercksen scored 161 runs and took 5 wickets in 17 T20Is in 2024. On the other hand, she scored 70 runs and picked 6 wickets in 4 ODIs. 

Kamindu Mendis, who shone for Sri Lanka with consistent batting displays in the year gone by, has been named as the ICC Men’s Emerging Cricketer of the Year. The flamboyant left-handed batter Mendis scored 1451 runs across formats at an impressive average of above 50 in 2024. 

The award for the ICC Women's Associate Cricketer of the Year has been won by the United Arab Emirates’ captain Esha Oza. Esha Oza was a dominant force in her team’s games throughout 2024, racking up a mountain of runs at the top of the order and chipping in with plenty of wickets with her off-breaks. Esha scored 711 runs and 16 wickets in 20 T20I matches in 2024.

The award for 2024’s ICC Men's Associate Cricketer of the Year has been won by Namibia captain Gerhard Erasmus. Erasmus produced an impressive level of consistency throughout the calendar year for Namibia. He ended 2024 with near identical records in ODIs and T20Is.

In the 50-over game, he scored 364 runs at an average of 33.09 and took 18 wickets at 22.38 in his 12 matches. In T20Is, Erasmus ended 2024 with 363 runs at an average of 33.00 and took 18 wickets at 13.61 in 13 matches.
