New Delhi: The sixth edition of the ICC World Twenty20 is on its way. 10 teams are participating in the main event, where 23 matches will be played during a course of 20 days.

The ICC World T20 2016 will be played from March 8 to April 3, 2016.

Sri Lanka are the defending champions, they had defeated India in the final of the tournament held in Bangladesh in 2014.
