In total of 59 overs' play, India have bowled 23 maiden overs.

And TEA.

OVER 55 || SCORE 108/5 (KC Brathwaite 53; Chase 10)

Roston Chase looks like a good bat. Raced to double figures in quick time. But West Indies will need much more than scoring. They now need to bid time. Play that waiting game.

OVER 25 || SCORE 50/1 (KC Brathwaite 27; Bishoo 3)

It's still pace for India. Skipper Virat Kohli continued with Mohammed Shami and Ishant Sharma. Both pacers managed tidy spells soi far, but Kohli need wickets.

Meanwhile, West Indies have reached 50 in the 24th over. And opener Kraigg Brathwaite is the key-man for the hosts today. He is batting with patient, and purpose.

OVER 18 || SCORE 33/1 (KC Brathwaite 13; Bishoo 0)

Mohammad Shami, who removed Rajendra Chandrika yerterday, started the third day's proceedings with a 2-run over. His bowling partner Ishant Sharma, however, produced a maiden over.

And here are some tweets celebrating Kohli's first double ton

After a momentous second day with the bat, India will push for an early end to the match. And day three will be crucial to any such move. A good day with ball will give India the complete control in the match.

Yesterday, Virat Kohli hit his first ever double-ton. The skipper was ably supported by Ravichandran Ashwin, with the bat. The off-spinner scored his third Test ton, all against West Indies.

Then, finally after 161.5 overs, India declared their innings once Amit Mishra, who scored a quick fifty, got out.

West Indies started the chase well, so to say. But they lost Rajendra Chandrika in the 15th over, and the second day ended an over too soon to the dismay of Kohli.

Day 3 will start with West Indies resuming from their overnight score of 31/1.
