Noida shocker! B.Tech engineer shot dead at Shatabdi Rail Vihar Apartment in Sector 62

Noida: In a shocking incident, a B.Tech engineer was shot dead in a basement of Shatabdi Rail Vihar Apartment in Sector 62, Noida on Tuesday night.

The deceased has been identified as Anjali, who used to work as an engineer in Lava company.

According to reports, Anjali had shifted to the society nearly 4-5 months back and had recently joined Lava - the mobile manufacturing company.

The murder incident was captured by the CCTV cameras installed there.

The incident happened when Anjali was returning home after attending office. The video shows the attacker chasing the woman and shooting her in the basement of her apartment.

Strangely, neither the security guards nor the residents of the society noticed anything. The police found the body today morning.

Speaking to Zee Media, Uttar Ptradesh Minister Shrikant Sharma called for a swift probe into the incident and assured that the Yogi Adityanath government was working hard to maintain law and order situation in the state.

Noida SSP Love Kumar too promised swift action in the case, saying that the culprit will be held soon.

Kumar claimed that police has got some credible evidence and officials were moving in right direction.
