DNA: Hindu dominated village a property of Waqf board?

If you go to the registrar's office to sell any of your land or house and come to know that your land is not yours but that land has been occupied by someone else. This is what happened to a person named Rajagopal, a resident of Tiruchendurai village of Trichy district in Tamil Nadu. He reached the registrar's office to sell his one acre of land and got to know that the land he was thinking of selling is not his, it has now become waqf board's property.
