If you are tired of bloating after your meals or during your periods, try this detox water that has a dual function of reducing bloating & having a better digestive system.

Fennel Seed Tea:

Add a tablespoon of fennel seeds in hot water, steep for 5 minutes then strain. Fennel seeds contain carminative properties which reduce bloating.

Peppermint Tea:

To prepare this drink steep dry or fresh peppermint leaves in boiling water. Peppermint has antispasmodic effects that relieve bloating & indigestion.

Lemon & Ginger Detox Tea:

A combination of squeezed lemon & grated ginger in hot water helps reduce indigestion & boating.

Cucumber & Mint Water:

In lukewarm water add sliced cucumber & fresh mint leaves, you can also add a pinch of cinnamon. While cucumber has hydrating properties, mint leaves help to relax the digestive tract.
