Thinly slice some onions and cook them in olive oil until they have jam-like consistency.
Peel and chop beetroot and then steam them for about 15 minutes.
Cube some feta and chop walnuts for later use.
Stir the onions then add salt, cover, and cook it for more than 20 minutes. When you’re almost done, add balsamic vinegar.
Cut puff pastry into squares and brush it along with melted butter.
Top up the pastry with onions, beets, feta, walnuts, thyme, honey, and pepper.
Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes and Bon Appetit!
