Prepare Dough

Combine salt, water, and wheat flour; knead until smooth, cover, and set aside.

Make Filling

Add the chopped onions, green chilies, coriander, salt, spices, and sattu flour and mix well.

Add Lemon Juice

For a zesty taste, squeeze fresh lemon juice into the filling ingredients and thoroughly stir.

Roll Dough Balls

Roll each ball of dough into a little circle using a rolling pin after dividing it into balls.

Paratha Stuff

Put the filling in the middle of the circle of dough, fold the edges, and then carefully seal.

Roll Again

Without allowing the stuffing to leak out, flatten the filled dough into a circular paratha form and roll it again.

Cook on Tawa

Add the ghee and heat the paratha on a hot tawa until it turns golden brown.
