Combine salt, water, and wheat flour; knead until smooth, cover, and set aside.

Roll each ball of dough into a little circle using a rolling pin after dividing it into balls.
Put the filling in the middle of the circle of dough, fold the edges, and then carefully seal.
Without allowing the stuffing to leak out, flatten the filled dough into a circular paratha form and roll it again.
Add the ghee and heat the paratha on a hot tawa until it turns golden brown.
