Active dry yeast, warm water, all-purpose flour, olive oil, salt, sugar, tomato puree, garlic, mozzarella cheese, toppings (capsicum, corn, chicken etc), oregano and basil
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes. Add flour, olive oil, and salt. Stir until a dough forms.
Turn the dough onto a flat surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover with a cloth and let rise until it doubles in size.
Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté chopped chopped garlic, add tomato puree and season with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Simmer for 5 minutes to cook your sauce.
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) to get a crisp, golden crust. Place a baking sheet inside for a better result.
Once the dough has risen, roll it out on a floured surface into your desired pizza shape and size.
Brush the rolled dough with olive oil, spread tomato sauce, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, and add your chosen toppings.
Bake the pizza until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and slightly browned. Enjoy your pizza !
