Whole wheat flour, jaggery, olive oil or coconut oil, cinnamon powder, baking powder, baking soda, milk and a pinch of salt
In a bowl, mix flour, cinnamon powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, combine jaggery, oil, and milk.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mix, stir until the batter is smooth and evenly mixed.
Add salt or sand to the bottom of a pressure cooker. Close the lid without the pressure weight, and preheat on low flame for 5 minutes.
Grease a cake tin with butter and pour in the prepared cake batter.
Place the cake tin inside the preheated cooker. Cover the cooker with the lid and bake on low heat for 30-40 minutes.
Let the cake cool for 10 minutes. Remove from the tin, slice, and enjoy your healthy cinnamon cake!
