To prepare the dough, in a bowl mix 1 cup of rice flour and besan.

2.)

Then add following spices to the mix: cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala and a pinch of salt.

3.)

Now heat oil in a small bowl and add into the besan mix.

4.)

Slowly add boiling water into the besan mixture and mix well to form into a dough.

5.)

Now stuff the dough gently into the chakli maker.

6.)

On a parchment paper shape your chakli through chakli maker, and heat a pan to fry them.

7.)

Now that you’ve got the dough and oil just right, carefully add the chakli to the pan.
