Start by preparing a flavorful marinade. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, cumin, and salt.

After marinating, skewer the chicken pieces. If you don't have skewers, you can also grill the chicken on a pan.

Preheat your grill or oven to a high temperature (around 200°C or 400°F).

Grill or bake the chicken on the skewers, keep turning them until all sides are evenly cooked.

To get that smoky flavour, place a piece of charcoal in a heatproof bowl. Drizzle a little oil or ghee on the charcoal and quickly cover the lid.

While the chicken is cooking, prepare the garnishes. Slice onions, tomatoes, and fresh coriander.

7.)

Once the chicken is cooked, serve it with naan, rice or fresh salad.
