Start by washing and patting dry the chicken wings. You can choose whole wings and make small cuts.
In a bowl, combine hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and a bit of honey.
If you’re using an oven, preheat it to 400°F (200°C).
Arrange the marinated chicken wings on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
Prepare your spicy sauce by mixing together hot sauce, melted butter, and a touch of vinegar.
Once the wings are fully cooked, toss them in the prepared sauce.
Top the spicy wings with freshly chopped spring onions.
