Beat Late-Night Sugar Cravings with Homemade Beetroot Kulfi

Step 1

Blend Coconut milk, Milk powder, Thick milk with Malai , Sugar, Green Cardamom, Bread crumbs, in a blender.

Step 2

Take out 1/4th of the blended mixture and mix in the beetroot juice and set it aside.

Step 3

Pour the white liquid into kulfi molds, filling them up to 3/4th.

Step 4

Cover the molds and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 5

After 1 hour, remove the molds from the fridge and pour the beetroot juice over the white portion.

Step 6

Insert wooden sticks into the molds, cover with aluminum foil, and place the sticks in the center.

Step 7

Freeze the molds for 8-10 hours, then dip the bottom half in water, roll between your palms, and demold. Enjoy your healthy homemade kulfi!
