Onion, Garlic, Red Chilli Powder, Green Chilli, Ginger, Onion, Carrots, Capsicum, Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Green Chili Sauce, Red Chilli Sauce and Olive Oil
First step is to wash and chop all the vegetables finely and mince a lot of garlic.
And then take a huge pan and add oil and then add minced garlic and ginger along with green chillies and sauté it for a few minutes.
Now add chopped onion and all the vegetables you want to add in the rice and sauté for a few minutes.
Now add all the sauces along with seasonings and salt & pepper according to your taste.
Now add the leftover cooked rice in a pan and toss it properly.
Your spicy chilli garlic fried rice is ready, garnish it with chopped coriander and enjoy.
