Blanch the spinach and green peas and add little salt
Then cool them into the chilled water
In a blender, add spinach and peas and coriander, mint, garlic, and green chilli and make a paste
Add grated paneer, roasted chana powder, to the spinach paste
Now add spices; salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, roasted cumin seeds, dry mango powder and chaat masala
Mix well, make kebab's and garnish them wish cashew nuts
In a pan add little ghee, and pan fry the kebab's till crispy and enjoy with your choice of chutney
