Garlic oil fights bacteria, fungus, and inflammation. It’s great for helping your hair grow, tackling skin problems, and boosting your immune system!
- 4-5 garlic cloves - ½ cup of olive oil (or coconut oil) - A small glass jar or bottle - A strainer or cheesecloth
Peel and crush 4-5 cloves of garlic. You can use a garlic press, or just mash them.
In a pan, pour in ½ cup of your preferred oil. Heat it gently on low so the garlic doesn’t burn.
Add the crushed garlic to the warm oil, letting it sit on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
When the oil has cooled a little, strain out the garlic pieces using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth. Store your garlic oil in a glass jar or bottle.
