Lasagna noodles, Tomato, Red Chilli, Mozzarella Cheese, Cream Cheese and Parmesan Cheese, Spinach, Mushroom, Zucchini, Bell Pepper, Garlic, Salt & Pepper, Olive Oil, Basil Leaves.
First step is to take a pan and boil the lasagna noodles as mentioned in the packet. And chop all the vegetables mentioned above or you can also add more.
Now take another pan and boil the tomatoes in it and grind it along with garlic gloves, basil leaves, olive oil and red chilli and you can use it as a marianna sauce (you can also buy it).
Take the pan and add some oil in it and first add garlic and then add all the chopped vegetables and sauté until fragrant.
Now prepare a cheese mix, adding all kinds of cheese available to you (ricotta, mozzarella, cream), mix it well and season it with salt & pepper.
Take a big dish and place the first thin layer of red marianna sauce you created and then add the layer of lasagna noodles then layer of cheese mix and then sautéed vegetables and repeat the process.
Cover the dish with a foil and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes.
Your delicious homemade lasagna is now ready, garnish it with cheese and basil leaves and enjoy.
