Fluffy, buttery, and garlicky mashed potatoes in just a few easy steps
Potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet), Garlic, Butter, Milk or cream, Salt, Pepper, Parsley (optional for garnish)
Peel and chop the potatoes. Boil them in salted water until tender.
While the potatoes boil, sauté minced garlic in butter until golden and fragrant.
Drain the boiled potatoes and mash them until smooth and creamy.
Pour in the sautéed garlic butter and warm milk or cream. Mix until rich and fluffy.
