Easy, Tasty And Healthy Pancake Recipe For Breakfast

Ingredients:

Whole Wheat Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Banana, Milk, Vanilla Extract, Salt, Butter, Sugar or Honey, Vinegar or Lemon

Step 1

Take a small bowl and add milk with lemon or vinegar to make buttermilk and leave it for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Now take a large bowl, add whole wheat flour along with sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Step 3

Now mix the buttermilk prepared earlier in the bowl along with vanilla extract and melted butter and combine it all.

Step 4

Take a non-stick pan and put it on a medium flame and grease it with butter and pour approximately ¼ cup of batter for one pancake.

Step 5

Cook the pancake for two minutes until it has bubbles on the surface and then flip it and cook the other side.

Serve

Your fluffy and tasty pancakes are now ready, serve it with the toppings of banana and maple syrup and enjoy.
