Step 1

Heat ghee in a pan, add chopped cashews, almonds, and pistachios. Roast for a few minutes until they turn slightly golden and keep aside.

Add grated coconut to the pan and stir continuously. Cook for 2 minutes until it turns slightly golden and releases a pleasent aroma.

Step 3

Pour condensed milk into the pan, stir well to combine. The mixture will start thickening as it absorbs the flavors.

Step 4

Sprinkle cardamom powder and stir everything together until the mixture becomes sticky and holds its shape.

Step 5

If the mixture seems too dry, add 1-2 tablespoons of milk and stir well until everything blends smoothly and forms a soft dough.

Step 6

Once the mixture cools slightly, grease your hands and roll small portions into round laddoos.

Step 7

Roll laddoos in extra coconut or top with chopped nuts. Store in an airtight container and enjoy these healthy, delicious treats!
