Healthy Sprouts & Chana Salad Recipe for Weight Loss

Ingredients:

Boiled moong sprouts , boiled chickpeas (chana), chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, green chillies, coriander, lemon juice and spices

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine boiled sprouts and chickpeas. Make sure both are boiled well but still firm for a crunchy texture.

Step 2

Add chopped onions, tomatoes, and cucumber for freshness and finely chopped green chilies for a spicy flavour.

Step 3

Sprinkle salt, pepper, roasted cumin powder and chaat masala. Mix well to coat the salad evenly with the masalas.

Step 4

Squeeze fresh lemon juice generously over the salad. This will enhance flavor and help in smooth digestion.

Step 5

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. You can add roasted peanuts or pomegranate for extra crunch and colour.

Step 6

Your healthy sprouts and chana salad is ready! Serve as a snack or light meal. Perfect for weight loss and full of nutrition!
